Required by the State of Illinois:  PACs that intend to solicit and receive more than $15,000 for charitable purposes during any 12-month period ending December 31 in Illinois to register with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office as a charitable organization prior to any solicitation of funds, in accordance with the Illinois Solicitation for Charity Act
 
Is your PAC a registered non profit with the State of Illinois?
Please send maria.stone@chicagoparkdistrict.com a copy of the certificate of good standing from the Office of the Illinois Secretary of State.

  • All information you provide in this annual report will be shared with the Chicago Parks Foundation.
  • In addition to this report, you are required to complete the Chicago Parks Foundation's 2024 Fiscal Partnership Renewal steps.

For all Park Advisory Council fundraising, you must have a 501c3 affiliation or a fiscal partner. Please send confirmation of your status from your fiscal partner or a copy of your 501c3 to maria.stone@chicagoparkdistrict.com.
